These terms apply when you use arbicano.com and when you buy from us. Arbicano is a brand of Sweet & Snack Import Inc., located in 4440 Malone Rd, Memphis, TN 38118. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or placing fake orders.

Products and allergens

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Brands sometimes change their packaging, sizes or recipes, so the pack you receive may look different from the photo. Ingredient, allergen and nutrition information comes from the makers and the packs. Always read the label on the pack before eating, especially if you or anyone you share with has a food allergy. Some products may be made in facilities that also handle milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and other allergens.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown in your cart at checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order for that product and refund you, even after you received an order confirmation.

Orders and payment

• Your order confirmation email means we received your order. A contract is formed when we ship it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example because of stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment for the cancelled items.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you give us.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns and Refunds policy. Both are part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. The risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package to the shipping address you gave us.

Offers, box deals and coupons

Discounts, Mix and Match box prices, free shipping and other offers apply only as described, while they last. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may change or end an offer at any time, but changes never affect an order you already placed.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else used it.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. Please do not post anything unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content at any time.

Our content and trademarks

The texts, photos, designs and logos on this website belong to us or to the brands we sell, and may not be copied or used without permission. Brand names and logos are the property of their owners.

Limitation of liability

We provide our website and products as described, without other promises beyond what the law requires. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it. Any dispute that we cannot solve together will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this page when you place an order apply to that order.
