Returns and Refunds

Damaged, wrong, expired or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, melted, past its best before date, or is not what you ordered, or if something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo of the item and the box. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund for that item. You do not need to send it back.

Returns of unopened items

• You can return unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• For food safety, opened items cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or are not what you ordered.
• When you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the return is because of our mistake, we pay it.
• The original shipping fee is not refunded, unless the return is because of our mistake.

How to return an item

1. Contact us at info@arbicano.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Get the return address and instructions from us. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Ship the items well packed, with tracking, within 14 days of our reply.

Refunds

When your return arrives and we check it, we refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method and email you a confirmation. The refund usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Box deals and free shipping

• If you return items from a Mix and Match box, the refund is the price you paid for each item in the box.
• If a return brings an order that shipped free below $100, we deduct the actual cost of the original shipping from the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
