Add products to your cart and go to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to see your orders later. You get an order confirmation by email right away.

All major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

Sales tax is added at checkout when the law requires it, based on your shipping address.

Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that already shipped can be returned as described in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses (through USPS). We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous United States. For other orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address, and you choose the carrier option you prefer.

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days from Memphis, Tennessee. Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship. You get a tracking number by email.

Yes. We import our products ourselves from the brands and their official distributors. You receive the same packs sold in their home countries, with US labeling.

On each product page, under the product photos, and on the pack itself. Recipes can change, so please always read the label on the pack before eating, especially if you have a food allergy.

Some of our products are halal certified. When a product is certified, the halal mark is on the pack and we show it on the product page. If you do not see it, please contact us before ordering.

We rotate our stock and ship products with a good shelf life remaining. If an item arrives past its best before date, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

On many snacks you can build a box of 4 or 8 bags with any flavors from the same line. Every bag in the box gets the box price: about 10% off in a box of 4 and about 20% off in a box of 8. Just pick your flavors on the product page.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the box. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to send anything back.

Unopened, undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food safety, opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or are not what you ordered. See Returns and Refunds.

We refund to your original payment method as soon as we approve the refund. It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes. Grocery stores, restaurants and cafes can buy by the case. See Wholesale for Retailers.
